Returns and Refunds Policy
General Policy
SOJO DNA informs its customers about the returns and refunds policy for products purchased on the www.SOJODNA.com website.
Since our products are food-grade supplements, returns and refunds will only apply in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged due to shipping.
The product delivered is incorrect and does not match the item purchased.
Return Process
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must inform our customer support team on the same day of receipt of the package.
If the package arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you do not accept it from the delivery person. If possible, please take a photo of the package's condition during the delivery attempt.
You must send an email to our support team with the following photographic evidence:
A photo of the shipping label attached to the package (it must be legible).
Photos of the exterior and interior packaging, showing the entire box.
Photos of the damage to the contents or of the items that do not match your order.
A photo showing all products together with the evident damage.
Once we receive the evidence, we will process the shipment of a new product at no additional cost to you.
Restrictions
No exchange, return, or refund will be issued for products that have been opened, consumed in whole or in part, or if the customer has used any of the items in the package—even if the rest of the contents were damaged.
